Opening of new location in Oyten (DE)

The new German office of 247TailorSteel was officially opened to great interest on Thursday, September 20, 2018. In Oyten, nearby Bremen, 247TailorSteel has realized a production hall of 6,000 m2, a warehouse of 1000 m2, and an office complex with two floors.

No less than eight high-tech laser cutting machines and four new bending machines are available in Oyten, and more than 50 employees now work at the new location. Customers can place their orders via the online ordering system – Sophia® – 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

With the state-of-the-art complex, 247TailorSteel has more than tripled its production capacity in Germany. This increased capacity was necessary to be able to meet the rising demand. In fact, growth is of such a scope that there are plans to expand the capacity even further.

The festive opening naturally included a tour of the complex. The approximately 200 guests present were treated to an inspiring program with several guest speakers, including the founder of 247TailorSteel, Carel van Sorgen.
