Update: Construction of new production facility in Langenau (Germany)

It's really starting to come together now! Over the past few months we have been working hard to be able to open the doors of our branch in Langenau in September 2022. In the meantime, the first machines have been delivered and more will be installed in the coming weeks. We will start in September with 4 plate lasers, 4 bending machines, 3 tube lasers and 2 machines for edge rounding.

In September last year the symbolic groundbreaking ceremony took place in Langenau, between Stuttgart en Munich and we started the construction of our next production facility. This will be the third factory in Germany. This will bring the total number of 247TailorSteel plants to four.

Meanwhile, the construction is progressing well: the archaeological research is in its final stage, the foundation is being laid and the concrete columns are being put in the ground. We will soon be going upwards and start to assemble the steel structure. Now it is really starting to look like something!

Thanks to the new production facility, the customers of 247TailorSteel in Southern Germany and Austria will benefit from even better service and faster delivery. The new production facility is expected to be fully operational in the autumn of 2022.
