Request a quote
Sophia®, our user-friendly tool, will speed up the purchasing process considerably. You will receive a detailed quote from a STEP, DXF or DWG file in real time. Sophia® analyzes your products and designs rapidly. She also gives you insight into the associated costs during the design phase. Quotes are valid for two days after request.
Order confirmation
After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation. If your order is not accepted (for example, due to your credit limit or the agreed payment method), 247TailorSteel will contact you.
Ordering and delivery times
When you place an order with 247TailorSteel, you have the option of determining your desired delivery date, up to a maximum of eight weeks in the future. Depending on the chosen delivery time, the price of your order is then displayed. You will be notified when your order is ready for shipment. Depending on the selected delivery method (deliver or pick up), you will receive an indication of the time of delivery. If you select delivery, you must be present on the selected delivery date in order to receive the order.

247TailorSteel has complete control over its logistics facilities. Therefore, we assure you of a fast delivery with practically 100% delivery reliability.
Track & Trace
247TailorSteel uses a Track & Trace system. This gives you, the customer, immediate and online insight into the status of your order(s).
Picking up your order
247TailorSteel offers you the option to pick up an order at one of our locations. If you select this option, you will receive a notification when the production of your order is ready. You can pick up your order during normal operating hours between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
